POLICY

 

ARRIVAL TIME

  • Please arrive to the appointment time with no eye makeup. Any extra time spent cleaning your lashes will mean less time lashing.  A 10 minute grace period is given for late appointments and a text or call is required. Any subsequent tardiness is deducted from your appointment which may result in fewer lashes applied if time is not allowed for a complete set or fill. I reserve the right to cancel any appointment for excessive tardiness and a rescheduled time will be offered. 20 minutes late is considered a "no show". A one-time allowance of last minute cancellation or reschedule will be permitted, after that the cancellation and no show policy is in effect.

CANCELLATIONS, FEES, AND REFUNDS

  • DEPOSIT: A $50 deposit is required for all full sets to hold your appointment time. If you miss your appointment or are unable to provide adequate time to cancel or  reschedule, you forfeit the deposit. 
  • Cancellation/No Show: A 24 hour notice is required for any cancellations or reschedules to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are considered Late Cancellations. You will receive a 72, 48, and 24 hour confirmation text or email. If you cannot make the appointment it is your responsibility to log into your Acuity Scheduling account and reschedule or cancel the appointment. You can reschedule or cancel anytime up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment online. After 24 hours you will need to contact me directly and the appointment will be considered a Late Cancellation and fees will be enforced. Please plan accordingly. Simply not showing up is considered a No Show.  A credit card will be required to hold lash appointments.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations with less than 24 hours but more than 12 hours notice will be charged a Late Cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service, excluding full sets, which will be charged a $50 NO SHOW fee to the card on file as there is no time to fill your time slot. These fees must be paid before you can schedule another service.

  • Refunds: Refunds will not be given as all treatments/services are effected by body chemistry, lifestyle, and home care. For lash services, if there is any major loss of lash extensions within the first 72 hours, please contact me and I will remove them for free or do a complimentary infill.

REFILLS

  •  If you currently have eyelash extensions on from another lash artist, there is a strong likelihood that your lashes will need to be removed and put back on properly. Due to the unregulated nature of eyelash extension trainings, certifications and state board regulations, there are a lot of lash artists that have been improperly trained, and our priority is your natural lash health and eye safety. Thus if you are coming in for a touch up from another lash artist, then you agree that your current extensions may need to be removed and a new full set may be applied at the appropriate full set price.

  • Maintenance on lashes should be done every 2-3 weeks, 4 tops. If you wait more than 5 weeks to get a fill, you may need to be scheduled for a returning client full set as most client's lashes would be overgrown and need to be removed anyway. Prebooking at prior lash appointments is strongly encouraged to avoid too long of time between fills.
